This page lists the third-party subprocessors that DeDataHub Limited uses to provide our services. We carefully select and monitor all subprocessors to ensure they meet our high standards for security, privacy, and data protection.
Important Notice
We will notify users of any material changes to our subprocessors list by updating this page at least 30 days before adding any new subprocessor or changing subprocessors in a way that materially impacts user data protection.

Cloud infrastructure and data storage services. All data is stored in AWS EU (Ireland) region.
Anthropic PBC
Claude AI for conversation processing and career advisory features. Text-only processing.
OpenAI, L.L.C.
Voice processing for optional voice mode feature. Real-time processing only.
Stripe, Inc.
Secure payment processing and subscription management.
Cloudinary
Image and media processing, optimization, and delivery.
Sentry
Application performance monitoring and error tracking.
Security Measures
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
All subprocessors operate under comprehensive DPAs that include strict data protection obligations, confidentiality commitments, and security requirements.
Security Standards
We require all subprocessors to maintain industry-standard security certifications and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Data Minimization
Subprocessors only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their specific functions, and data sharing is strictly limited to defined purposes.
International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
Right to Audit
Our DPAs include rights to audit subprocessors' compliance with data protection obligations and security requirements.
Breach Notification
Subprocessors are contractually obligated to promptly notify us of any data breaches or security incidents.
