At Dedatahub Limited ("Dedatahub", "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly.

DeDataHub Limited is a UK-based company that helps people grow their careers through learning and data skills. We offer online tools, career support, and personalised guidance to help individuals build confidence and improve their professional opportunities.

You can use our platform anywhere, at home, at work, or on the go. Whether you are just starting out, switching careers, or deepening your skills, we are here to support your journey.

We work with learners from many backgrounds, including professionals, STEM graduates, bootcamp participants, and those exploring data and technology. Our services include mentorship, learning resources, and career advice - all designed to meet your personal goals.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform.

Consent Model: We have implemented an opt-in model for all non-essential cookies and trackers. Our Consent Management Platform (CMP) blocks all non-essential tags until you explicitly allow them.

Categories: Our consent request is properly categorised into: Strictly Necessary, Analytics and Performance, Functionality, and Marketing.

Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the platform to function and are always active.

Non-Essential Cookies: These include analytics, functionality, and marketing cookies. All non-essential cookies are off by default and require your explicit opt-in consent before activation.

Voice Mode: We process voice data in real-time only (not stored). Voice mode requires a separate consent before first use.

You can withdraw consent at any time with immediate effect and without any detriment to service access.

In the UK/EEA, we will re-prompt for consent every 6 months or on material changes.

We maintain auditable consent logs for compliance purposes.

We are committed to updating this Notice and our CMP if new cookie-setting tools are introduced as DeDataHub builds impact.

We only collect the personal data we need to deliver our services, run our platform, and meet legal requirements.

Notification Limits: We limit non-urgent notifications to a maximum of 3 per day and 12 per week, with at least a 4-hour gap between messages. We do not send notifications during Quiet Hours (10:00 pm to 8:00 am) unless you change these times in Settings.

Mobile Push Notifications:These require your device permission and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

We are required to have a lawful basis for collecting, using, and sharing your personal data.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately. You will not lose access to core services.

We take steps to keep your data secure.

  • We use TLS 1.3 to protect data in transit
  • We use AES-256 to protect data at rest
  • Role-based access controls
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers

We may need to share your personal data with trusted third parties.

  • Key Processors: Anthropic (conversation text for advisory), OpenAI (voice processing), and AWS (infrastructure hosting). These processors operate on our servers under data processing agreements and do not place their own cookies on your device for our services.

We do not sell or trade your personal data.

Personal data may be transferred or accessed across borders.

We ensure it is protected through appropriate safeguards:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • AES-256 encryption at rest

We primarily provide learning and mentorship services to adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
